I live a short distance to the facility at a mobile home park. I have been a patron there for many years taking advantage of their restaurants and movie theater. I had a very humiliating experience at the Boulder Station Casino on 08 August 2023. The management of Boulder Station Casino were made aware of the situation and were not the slightest apologetic. Or, if I was a disabled person, am I not welcomed there because I did drive there with a car? So, if I was a homeless person with a 100 dollar on me, am I not welcomed. When I asked the security guard whether they thought that I was a homeless person. I do not appreciate being singled out as either.

Do they not like homeless people or disabled people. They made me feel like a criminal and that I was not welcomed there. The last encounter with facility security did not result in an ID check or call-in to the main office as happen on August 8th. I have been to the facility many times without an ID check. I had been stopped by their security staff several times because they stated that they have a homeless problem and intercept all walk-in customers to check ID.

I have a severe disability from a head and neck trauma and surgery due to a workplace injury, and cannot drive due to doctors orders.
